8. Fund of the Committee

(1) The Committee shall have a separate fund and the funds shall consist of the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal.
(b) amount provided by way of donation or assistance by any person or organization.
(c) Funds received from international organizations, foreign governments or individuals (d) Amount received for any service provided by the Committee.
(e) Grant amount received from the concerned District Development Committee or Village Development Committee within Pathibhara area and
(f) Amount received from other sources.
(2) Before receiving the amount under clause (c) of sub-section (1), the committee shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal.
(3) The funds remaining in the funds of the committee should be deposited in a bank account in Nepal.
(4) All expenses incurred in the name of the committee shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(5) The account of the committee shall be operated by the joint signature of the member-secretary and the chairman or the member appointed by him.
